Ethiopia accedes to Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards The 165th country to become party to the Convention

With its accession to the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (also commonly known as the "New York" Convention), effected on 24 August 2020, Ethiopia becomes the 165th State Party to the Convention. The Convention will enter into force for Ethiopia on 22 November 2020.
