With much appreciation for his untiring commitment and efforts towards the administration of the SLNAC and the promotion of Arbitration within and outside Sri Lanka, the Board of Governors accepted the resignation of Mr. Seedantha Kulatilake Attorney-at-Law from the post of Chief Executive at the AGM of the SLNAC held September 2024.
Accordingly, it was proposed and resolved to appoint Ms. Amali Fernando, Attorney-at-Law, as the Chief Executive of the SLNAC with effect from September 2024. Ms. Fernando is an attorney of over 25 years standing in the corporate legal sector and brings to the SLNAC a wealth of experience to further enhance and advance the alternative dispute resolution processes provided by the SLNAC.
We welcome Ms. Amali Fernando to the SLNAC.
